After way too long, Satori has presented us with the first Metem release of the winter, and it sounds like the cold is really starting to set in. This track features huge arctic monolith synths peeling away some dark existential melancholy, while static beats pummel their way into the void. Midway through the bottom drops out and we see the bottom of the glacier, in all it's dark glory, resurfacing to find the icy air charged by the northern lights. Which is one way of saying: very pretty, pretty sad, music to accompany a hot beverage.
